Return Policy

Our seamless products are considered intimate apparel(s).

In accordance with Federal and State Health Code Regulations, bodysuits, shape wear products, etc., are considered intimate apparel(s) and are NON-REFUNDABLE. The only exceptions are manufacturer’s defects.

SNUG has a 100% GUARANTEE that your purchase has been unused, unworn, and handled with care.

That being said, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue  a refund or exchange (except for additional charges associated with shipping and handling) with 14 days for merchandise that has been unworn and unwashed.

**Sale items are FINAL SALES**

If you received an item that is damaged, as in a manufacturer's defect, please contact us at 855-BUY-SNUG ((855-289-7684) or email us at sales@snugapparel.com . Have no fear, we will provide you with a shipping label to have the damaged item returned to us and send a new item out to you immediately.

If you request a refund:
When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited back as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing your return (usually within 2 weeks).

If you request an exchange:
When the returned item is received, we immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you at an additional shipping charge (usually within 2 weeks).

We suggest you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking, as SNUG is not responsible for lost shipments.

Before returning any items, please note:

  • All items must be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt of your purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed pre-altered in any way cannot be accepted
  • All "Sale" or "Discounted" items are final sale-they cannot be returned or exchanged
  • You are responsible for shipping fees on returned or exchanged items

How to go about a Return or Exchange:

Send us the items in the original box (or a different box, as long as it’s unmarked) and poly bag (or wrap the product in protective material) to prevent damages to the product to the address below. We suggest you use USPS Priority Mail or a carrier that provides tracking. SNUG is not responsible for lost shipments and/or damaged products from lack of proper shipping requirements.

What to include with your Return or Exchange:

Please include a copy of your original detailed receipt and indicate the following:

  • Order number
  • First and last name of purchaser, a valid email address and phone number
  • style and color of replacement item on receipt
  • style and color of item you wish to replace it with
  • short description for reason of return (this as well as details of replacement item can be written on back of receipt included in box or on a separate piece of paper)

Wholesale Returns

Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods in writing to: sales@snugapparel.com . All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a completed Return Authorization form.  Returns will not be accepted unless you are granted an  RA number provided by SNUG.

The buyer will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of SNUGS error. SNUG is not responsible for lost shipments on items being returned.

"Markdown/Sale/Clearance/Custom" merchandise is FINAL SALE and returns will not be accepted. No returns on merchandise that has been altered, worn, laundered or modified in any way from original packaging. All defective or mis-shipped items will need to be sent back to SNUG for a credit.

SNUG will send a prepaid shipping label for the defective or mis-shipped item(s) to be returned to us.

SNUG will cover the shipping charges for exchanges for orders associated with mistakes or errors SNUG has made.

Obtaining Return Authorization Form

For any returns/exchanges, a “Return Authorization Form” must be requested within 3 days after receipt of merchandise. SNUG will issue a Return Authorization Form if the reason(s) meet the return/exchange policy and criteria mentioned within these terms and conditions. Any returns and/or exchanges without the Return Authorization Form and number issued by SNUG will not be accepted.

Please email requests for Return Authorization Form(s) to: sales@snugapparel.com . Please give us 24-48 hours to process all requests.

Returning Items to SELLER

Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original box we shipped to you. Please include your packing slip, return authorization form and or return authorization number written on the outside of the box with the item(s) you are returning and reason for return. If the original box is not available, you can use any unmarked box appropriate for shipping.

If there are any shipping labels, bar codes, or stickers on the corrugated box from previous shipments, please remove them at this time.

Once the the returned merchandise is receiving and checked into our warehouse , the Buyer will receive a credit posted to their account for the return Please allow 7-10 days for credit posting.
