Breast Cancer Awareness Month

The ladies here at SNUG are excited to announce that we are supporting the fight against breast cancer!

According to the American Cancer Society, Breast cancer is the most common cancer diagnosed among U.S. women (excluding skin cancers) with about 297,790 new cases expected to be diagnosed in 2023. Overall breast cancer death rates dropped 43 percent between 1989 and 2020.

Although these statistics may seem shocking and a bit scary, recent studies have shown that breast cancer has declined in recent years due to heightened awareness.

Ladies, exercise and a healthy balanced diet are just two simple preventatives we all can incorporate into our daily routine. As little as 30 minutes of exercise a day can lower your risk, help boost your immune system, & keep your weight in check. A diet that is rich in vegetables, fruit, poultry, fish, and low-fat dairy products has been shown to lower the risks of breast cancer. As much as I hate to say this, we may also want to limit our wine intake as well! So ladies, what preventatives are you taking to protect your tata’s? Have you had your up-to-date screening?

Last week we shared stories of how day-to-day style problems were solved with SNUG apparel. This week we are focusing on a topic that stems from that post, how can you incorporate SNUG apparel into your daily wardrobe? The ladies and I have put together a fabulous list of our top 5 favorite ways to wear SNUG Apparel. We hope you love it!

2. Who said business attire had to be boring? SNUG Apparel is both classy and effortless! Wear our Basic Tank or Cami under your favorite suit to add that little pop of color!
